The works are almost always conceived as diptychs. Tokens used to pay, to assess, to manipulate, and very often they refer to women. Body, labour, attitude, opinion: everything is assigned a price. And, unfortunately, it is still women and girls who, by far, pay the highest price.
For the beginning of the series, we did not choose the easiest figure, but one of the most difficult. The most controversial. The one that immediately creates friction. Alarm!
This first work presents a female image that is all too familiar in digital contexts: a woman who defines herself as radically feminist, yet becomes herself entirely intolerant and aggressive. Self-assured, without doubt, without nuance.
A figure that hates men and everything that is “other,” including other women, and who justifies violence (verbal, emotional, domestic) because she feels hyper-moral, absolutely in the right. A one-to-one copy of the presumed enemy. We are not interested in whether this figure is liked, supported, or rejected.
We are interested in why these voices on the web become so incredibly loud. Why dialogue no longer exists, replaced only by opposing fronts, polished like chromed steel. When discussion is replaced solely by petty shouting.
Beginning with this figure was a conscious but also difficult decision.
Because it is uncomfortable.
Because it is easily misunderstood, from every side.
And because it shows how quickly attitude and ideology can turn into violence. For this reason, this protagonist receives only two Tokens from us. As a punishment, not as a judgment on women, but as a commentary on intolerance as an attitude. For us, it represents one of the lowest values in the entire series.
Highly visible, extremely loud, but conceptually poor.
Fundamentalist.
The sculpture is not a beautiful image. The body appears tense, worn, frustrated. It charges itself, screams, and strikes you in the face. It is not inviting, not consumable, and certainly not made to be embraced. Gold and silver in the background do not function as ornament, but as cold surfaces for the evaluation of a sad soul. Love has been abolished.
Our sculptures are always composed of two parts: body and value. Human being and payment. Both belong to each other and cannot be separated.
The squaring of the circle.

Warm and cold.
With Token 2 we establish the starting point of the series. Other stereotypes will follow. Other appearances, other attitudes, other forms of power, adaptation or resistance, and their opposites. But we consciously begin here, with the figure that generates the greatest friction. Because it is precisely there that what truly interests us becomes visible: how images flip. And how quickly everything, belief included, can become merchandise.
