The text uses stereotypical and sexist language to highlight the well-known clichés and issues within our art world, or at least to provoke a debate about them.
The dilapidated background with its damaged wall and junky motorcycle creates an atmosphere of decay and neglect. This setting symbolically represents the internal structures of the art scene, which, like everything else, eventually decay and reorganize. The connection between the decaying environment and the explicit, exaggerated expression forces the viewer to pause and reflect. Some, hopefully, will see this as subversive humor or criticism of entrenched ideas, while others may find the statements offensive.
Overall, our installation aims to push the boundaries of what is acceptable and spark discussions that reflect the tension between artistic freedom and social responsibility.
